Send Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
